Property Photo Shoot

Pricing

The starting rate for a property shoot is $125.00.

Each additional half-hour is $30.00.

Dusk shots are billed at a rate of $60.00/hour.

Total cost will be estimated prior to the shoot.

The price includes up to an hour of on-site time and a turn-around time of 72 hours.  Houses under 2500 square feet generally take about an hour to photograph.  Depending on the size of the property, there will be 15-30 images per property.

Price also includes standard processing.  Advanced photo editing requests, such as removing art work from walls, weeds from the yard and scuffs from the wall will be billed at an hourly rate of $60.00.  Cook Imaging will not remove permanent objects such as power lines, light fixtures or roadways.

Payment Terms

Payment will be collected at the time the images are shot in either cash or check. I will provide an invoice.  If you can not be at the shoot, payment is due in advance. Images can not be delivered until payment is received. If you need other payment arrangements, please call me at (509) 293-1306.

Image Delivery

Within 72 hours, you will receive an email with your images attached.  An image CD is available as well for an additional $15.00.

Image Usage, Copyright Policy and Ownership

By hiring me to shoot pictures for your listing, you agree to a limited use rights contract for the images you are sent. This means the images are licensed to you only for the duration of one listing and only for purposes of promoting that one listing. If you need to transfer your usage license or renew it if the property is re-listed, please contact me for pricing. The ownership and copyright of the images remains with me at all times.
